Blood For Bush’s Oil

Bush Has Accomplished His Oil Mission

Not that there was much doubt, but more explosive evidence just released today confirms it again.  Bush took us to war so that his friends in the oil business could get their hands on some light, sweet crude:

“Bush administration officials knew that a Texas oil company with close ties to President Bush was planning to sign an oil deal with the regional Kurdistan government that runs counter to American policy and undercut Iraq’s central government, a Congressional committee has concluded.”

There were no weapons of mass destruction.  There was no plan for reconstruction.  The Iraq War was waged primarily so that George W. Bush could hook up his buddies with lucrative oil contracts.

Bush lied, people died.
