Choir "Stunned" By Erik's Performance

-- SANTA BARBARA, California

ENN reporters were on hand to witness Erik's debut performance with the University of California at Santa Barbara Faculty and Staff Choral Ensemble earlier tonight.  "It was the greatest performance of my life," Erik said.  Erik is a veteran of several choral groups, including the Madrigal Choir at Southfield High School, and Albion College's Briton Singers.  "I've never heard myself sounding better," Erik told a huge throng of reporters waiting outside after the concert.

Some of the audience had a different opinion, however.  "What the hell was that?" asked local music critic Bob.  "Who does this guy think he is?  The UCSB Faculty Ensemble was actually good before this clown joined.  I mean, first of all, he's clearly not fit to sing tenor, and yet there he goes, singing all high and shouty and everything.  God."

Other chorus members had similar reactions to Erik's debut.  "This guy needs to get over himself," said one tenor, identified only as "Bangs."  "I thought he was a woman," said one unidentified soprano.

When asked whether he thought singing in a choir resulted in a "girly" status, Erik replied, "Well, do you know of any woman who can sing Boyz II Men songs like this?"

Stay with ENN as we continue to monitor Erik's destruction of this highly regarded choral group.
